DIY: A Simple Outdoor Sink

Years ago we saw a simple outdoor sink setup, consisting of a hardware store tap with a pot set beneath it, and were inspired to create our own version for The Ultimate DIY Work Space in our new Gardenista book.

For a simple outdoor sink, all you need is a water tap, a tabletop or shelf, and a pail or pot to catch water.

Faucet

We used Chicago Faucets&#8\2\17; chrome-plated Inside Sill fitting Faucet], model \293-369 with a lever handle; \$84.

Galvanized Bucket

Cleaning Brush
