Surrounded by a gently rolling landscape of Mallorcan vineyards and orchards (and off the beaten tourist track), the Finca Son Orellet guesthouse in Porreres “feels like I’ve stepped back in time,” says photographer Mimi Giboin, who stayed there with friends a few weeks ago. “It’s simple and perfect.”
