Architect Visit: Ana Williamson Architect in the Bay Area

June 5, 2011

Some of our favorite childhood memories are of the long summer days—heady with the combination of warm weather, friends, and freedom. This pool house by Ana Williamson Architect is the ultimate summer hangout spot, featuring a simple plein air kitchen and a shady platform for ping-pong matches. A member of the Remodelista Architect/Designer Directory, Ana Williamson Architect is based in Menlo Park and has over twenty years experience with residential architecture in the Bay Area.

Above: The modern rustic design of the pool house echoes the simplicity of the preexisting treehouse.

Above: Exterior Pendants by Hi-Lite extend the ping pong playing hours.

Above: The roof is clad in long-lasting and durable galvanized corrugated metal.
