Is it too early to start daydreaming about beach picnics and sandy toes? We know that we’re only in the early weeks of spring but we can’t help but leap ahead to summer and its promise of more outside time. We can’t wait to play outdoors, drink outdoors, eat outdoors, sleep outdoors—even shower outdoors.
That last activity would be greatly enhanced with the elegantly streamlined copper and brass outdoor shower by California-based studio OR.CA, which designs for “life without walls.”
Its elegant, streamlined brass and copper outdoor shower perfectly reflects its “underdone” ethos. “When designing our gardens, we had a hard time finding hardware that fit our vision. So we made a shower that worked for our clients,” says OR.CA founder Molly Sedlacek. “Some outdoor showers on the market are made from materials that don’t weather well. We wanted the fixture to be raw and as simply designed so it will withstand time, season, and trend.”
