If you’re in the market for outdoor furniture, may we suggest checking out Skagerak? The family-owned Danish design company currently has 16 outdoor furniture collections in a range of styles, but all skewing minimalist and Scandi. (Two of its wooden garden benches made our 10 Easy Pieces list.)
Recently, Skagerak launched the Gerda line: a small table and stools made of perforated metal. The cafe proportions are just right for a corner of your patio or a small garden; the colors are understated but interesting enough to be noticed and admired. Have a look.
![The aluminum Gerda table and stools were designed by Included Middle, a collaboration between a furniture designer and a textiles designer. The collection was inspired and named after Danish textiles artist Gerda Henning.](https://media.gardenista.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/skagerak-gerda-table-stools-733x935.jpg)
![The perforations reference Henning\2\17;s checkered tablecloth. The table is currently on sale for \$665 and each stool for \$3\1\1 on Finnish Design Shop. It\2\17;s also available at Horne for \$\1,\149 and \$539, respectively, with free shipping.](https://media.gardenista.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/skagerak-gerda-table-stools-detail-733x978.jpg)
