Transformations: From Turf To Veggies and Flowers

As part of becoming a Marin Master Gardener in 2016, I designed a project transforming our rundown grassy play yard into an oasis with beds for vegetables, fruit, and flowers, and added a fountain. Built during our extended drought, the state of California actually helped pay for the turf removal.
