Low Maintenance/High Performance; more time for play at the beach

This project started by wanting to have a beautiful series of gardens with as low maintenance as possible. Living by the beach there's always so much to do in the outdoors; and although I love to garden. I did not want to mow grass. I wanted to swim, kayak and play at the beach.
