Description from Manufactum

Something new and recycled from the nursery.

These simple containers are used for plant cultivation in nurseries. They’re sewn from robust, light fiber material made from decommissioned PET bottles. This takes many of them out of circulation. The plants gain something, too, because unlike growing in conventional containers their roots, which take hold on the rough surface of the recycling fiber, can continuously grow and develop fine structures like they do in nature when they grow in the earth. The sturdy containers can be transported with the long handles like a handbag.
