5″ cheese tool repurposed from horse files and wood files, designed specifically for hard cheese. For cutting and holding cheese in place. Each knife is made individually by Chelsea in her studio with a lot of attention to it’s detail. If properly taken care of, these knives are made to last a very long time.
High carbon steel file, spalted maple handle. Wood handles are from trees found on Chelsea’s childhood farm in Vermont. Brass pins.
