Ceanothus ‘Ray Hartman’

This handsome native shrub or small tree is attractive in so many respects: it requires little water to thrive, has lovely true-blue flowers, attracts bees, butterflies & birds, & has a lovely fragrance. It’s also evergreen, fast growing, long lived (in Ceanothus terms), heat tolerant, & low maintenance. It’s a most agreeable plant! ‘Ray Hartman’ is a hybrid of two species parents – Ceanothus arboreus & Ceanothus griseus. Hardy to 10 degrees F. To 15' x 15'.
