Our smallest estate bottling is a deliberate texture driven Sauvignon Blanc. 2015 was a standout vintage for Quivira’s estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc, especially this winemaker’s barrel selection. The early harvest yielded a wine of uncommon depth and concentration that still honors the grape’s purity. The best qualities of Quivira’s terroir are articulated through a more opulent expression of Sauvignon Blanc.
