Services Offered

The architects at Jill Neubauer Architects Inc., of Falmouth, Cape Cod, offer personal attention in the creation of sustainable and LEED certified homes, cottages, and barns for families on Cape Cod, the Islands, and in the New England region.

Our projects range from historic to modern, including both new structures and renovations. We bring Green Building Design knowledge to each project, using energy efficient technologies, non-toxic material selections and sustainable products.

We work very closely with our clients to build effective personal relationships that we maintain throughout the process. We strive to understand each client’s unique set of goals for their property and family so we may successfully realize them; these criteria become the driving force of the design process, resulting in the uniqueness of each project. The final image of a building, like every other aspect of it, is the result of our dedication to create the appropriate response to the interests of the owner and the context in which the structure exists.

The entire firm, which includes two LEED Accredited Professionals, is dedicated to “Building Green”, which means striving for energy and environmental sustainability, and incorporating non-toxic compenents into design. As a US Green Building Council member, JNA is committed to improving both your home’s environment, as well as the earth’s. We pursue LEED certification on new and significantly renovated projects.

East Chop Residence: The owner of this East Chop residence enjoys entertaining large groups of family and friends in an informal environment. The materials of the house speak to this informality, with raw stone and concrete fireplaces, and poured concrete floors. Random width cedar walls add a rustic richness in contrast to the contemporary concrete and stone elements. Photo: Peter Vanderwarker
