Description from Heirloom Seeds
A tea brewed from the leaves of the tansy plant can be sprayed on other plants to help repel insects, and if the leaves are placed near doorways and windows, may help deter ants and mice. If placed in the compost pile, will add potassium to it. Potentially toxic; should not be taken internally. Do not use at all during pregnancy. Height – 2-3 feet. Perennial.
