The sloped bottom on these fantastically engineered planters allows excess moisture to collect in a small chamber filled with gravel or non-organic media. This chamber becomes part of the design and aesthetic. With about 1/2 cup of water you can keep your Boxx well-watered for 1-2 weeks depending on the plant material. This is the KEY to all over-loving succulent fans who have rotted out the occasional plant.
